Clean room, quiet rooms in spite of proximity to the rail, friendly staff who tries hard to explain in their non first language, relaxing bath, free amentities plus extra product for ladies, great location with lots of great izakayas, restaurants nearby, what can I expect more? Would love to come back.

Very clean and tidy new hotel. Included breakfast a bit small for me. Coin laundry handy. Has entry to hot baths included.

The staff was very nice.
The door and bed were along the wall of the hallway, so I was concerned about sound leakage and hallway noise.
The TV was so small that I couldn't see the subtitles while I was sleeping.

前回宿泊した際に大浴場に行かなかったので今回改めて泊まりに行きました。 まず、チェックインの際ですが、現金払いができなくなり、事前のクレジットカード決済、現地でのクレジットカード決済、交通系ＩＣカード（スイカ、パスモなど）、携帯電話ＱＲコード決済などの対応になりました。今回は、au payを利用しましたが、フロントで対応してくださった方が不慣れだったらしく、少し時間がかかりました。 部屋は２階の線路側でしたが、枕が通路の方に来るように部屋が作られており電車の音は気になりませんでした。線路側窓側にトイレ、洗面台、シャワーブースがあり滞在は快適でした。テレビは３２インチの液晶テレビが壁掛け式でついていますが、枕の位置からだと少し正面より右側に取り付けられており違和感がありましたが、壁掛け金具で左右の振り向き角度調節ができるようになっていました。角度の調節ができることをアナウンスする方が良いと思います。 部屋にはシャワーブースがありますがバスタブがありません。２階に大浴場がありましたが、テレビシステムで大まかな混雑具合がわかります。内湯と外湯、洗い場（カラン）が１０か所程度と中規模でしたが、手足を伸ばしてお湯に浸かれるのは良いと思います。今後の新店出店の際は大浴場付きのホテルにしていただきたいと思います。コロナ以降、大浴場の利用時間が２５時までになっていますが、政府の緩和もありますので今後、朝風呂も営業していただきたいと思います。

スタッフの方々の対応もまったく問題無し。お部屋も使いやすくきれい。チェックアウトして外に出たとき、「あー、また泊まってもいいな」と思いました。
