Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice indoor pool, staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in and out were quick and smooth. I have only good reports about this hotel. 5 stars!

The place was clean, the complimentary breakfast options were good, and the staff were amazing and totally flexible upon special requests. Saved a ton a money from not staying at those expensive resorts and close to Jack Frost/ Big Boulder Ski Mountain.

Hotel is perfect for an overnight ski trip. Enough room to hang all our things and the breakfast is delish! If you get a room in the back, know that traffic is loud and the fan and ear plugs will be needed to cover/white noise, the trucks and traffic.

The walls are PAPER THIN. The people above us were walking back and forth the entire night and it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. We did not sleep at all. We did tell the front desk and the called up to the room but it was absurd.

One night stay was good. Their pool is somewhat small and the water was good even though we were told it was 80 degrees. The hot tub was the size of a tub but was warm. Everything else was good.

We stayed at this hotel before and didn’t notice the truck noise from the PA Turnpike, which passes by near the rear of the hotel. We must have been in a front room because this time we were on the third floor in the rear of the building and the noise was constant and loud all night long. If you stay here, definitely request a room in the front of the hotel.

I travel often and what I would say is do not expect a five star hotel at a holiday inn. This particular establishment was very clean and accommodating. My gripes were very low water pressure while talking a shower, not a lot of breakfast options that ended quite early at 930am and limited towels. You would have to pick up extra at the front desk. Overall not a bad experience.

Was so happy to find the rooms updated and in beautiful condition! The two bed suite was very generous in sizing with much extra space. Would definitely stay again with the family!

Theres a HUGE gap in my door so big I can stick my fingers through it. The hallway noise is unbearable. There’s a full on playoff party in the lobby and all the drunk people are standing in the hallway talking to. We booked this hotel for the heated indoor pool and the heater is broken. I overheard the staff talking about it and talking about how they should lie to the patrons about the heat of the pool . Unacceptable
