This place is a nightmare. The room is big, twin beds, old useless furniture, both western and Japanese, which is weird. I’ve never seen a hotel bathroom so old and small in my life. The onsen looks dirty and obsolete. This is all unfortunate because the area around and hiking is amazing.

夕食のバイキングの種類がとても多くて、嬉しくなっちゃいました！ そして美味しかったです！ 焼肉，鍋，釜飯は、1人用のものがあるので、各自テーブルで作って食べるタイプです。 しゃぶしゃぶは、土鍋が置いてあるので、しゃぶしゃぶしてから自分の席に持ってくる感じです。 刺身も、マグロが新鮮で美味しかったです。 朝食も種類豊富で、全ておいしかったです。 また、売店の種類も豊富でしたが、 コロナの観光支援クーポンのおかげで売店の商品がよく売れていて、品切れの物もたくさんありました。 欲しい物が結構あったので、補充をまめにしてもらえたら嬉しかったです。 また是非伺いたいです。

母と2人で宿泊させて頂きました。
こちらのホテルは、スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
フロントの方もとても親切丁寧に説明して下さいましたし、エレベーターの前で気持ち良く出迎えて下さったスタッフの方も見えました。
夕食の際、エレベーターから降りたら、遠くからスタッフの方が走って駆け寄って来て、食事会場まで案内して下さいました。
夕食の懐石料理は、食べきれない位、沢山のご馳走でした。
お部屋はとても広く、のんびりする事ができました。トイレとお風呂と洗面所が一緒だったのが残念でした。ポットのお湯沸かすのに、そちらの水を使うしかなかったです。
無料wifiが完備されていたのは、良かったです。
温泉も、とても気持ち良かったです。
売店のスタッフの方もとても気持ち良く対応して下さいました。

良くある普通の大型温泉ホテルです。築後も長いのですがそれなりに清潔にしております。食事も良いです。
お風呂に入るときに階段の上り下りが老人には大変かなと思います。温泉街からは離れてます。

施設の方の対応は凄く良かったです。
温泉、サウナは良かった。
立地的に仕方ないが露天風呂とお風呂がつながっていないのが不便でした。
掃除はしてありましたが、畳が古く洋服を置いただけで畳のかすがついて困りました。
