We had a great family stay visiting theme parks. 2 kids under 10 and grandpa joined us. Comfortable and clean room for 5 of us. Pool is great, pool bar is great, location is great. All staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had plentiful mickey waffles with chocolate chips! And hot items as well. Took us 12min to disney springs, 15 to EPCOT and 20min to Universal. Easy parking. Being near fun spot and old Town didnt bother us and gave us good food options. Would stay again and would recommend for families.

Very easy check in, clean, nice pool area and loved the free breakfast. Enjoyed being able to walk and enjoy the food and entertainment at Old Town. Would definitely come again.

I liked the location, you can walk through old town, and it is close to Disney. The room was spacious and clean. The first day they didn't leave us any towels, we had to ask. Paper plates and plastic silverware at breakfast, but the food was good and the coffee very good.

Janeissa behind the front desk in the late evening (11:45pm ish) of the 26th was very accommodating. My daughters enjoyed the breakfast & the room was relatively tidy. It offered a lot for the price.

Outside was crazy busy in the weekend night, but inside our room was quiet and nice. There is a large amusement park right next door which is fun, but a lot of noise and people. Older furniture.respectful staff. Would go there again.

A little dated, however rooms are large and clean. Close to amenities. 24 hour pool and spa tub, staff if excellent. Initially booked 2 days and then added 5 more . Outdoor bar open till 11 and Kevin the bartender is wonderful

The breakfast was very good and staff was very nice. Thebrds are not the most comfortable and the roof was not very clean. The pullout couch had mold on it and there was what looked like pet hair in one of the beds. If not for the friendliness of the staff this could have easily been 1 star
