The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

The stay was good. The walls are a little thin, so you can slightly hear each other. My only gripe were the beds. They were very springy especially if youre sharing a bed with someone, it was hard to sleep. We didnt get to use the resort since we only stayed one night. The staff was nice and the area was clean. Its just outdated. Overall Average stay.

We stayed in a mini suite and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. I love that there was multiple pools on the property so we had different ones to choose from. Rooms were very spacious and super clean. The staff was always very friendly and the drinks at the bar were also refreshing

Everything was good, the service, cleaning, facilities and amenities; the only request that we have to make is the pillows are very an confortables and the mattress or bed makes to much noises.

I did not get the room that I paid for Tub was inconvenient for me I didn't get to sleep until 3:00 in the morning because of the noisy around the place no I don't want to go back there any more. I got something I didn't like and didn't paid for so know thank you,

The manager Brian, send us to the legacy accross the street and didnot provide transportation. The avenue was dangerous and the security guard took us in her car accross the street. We explain that we had no car and he did not care. We booked in October and the reservation was for feb 9-11, 2024.
The room was clean but not the floor. It had damages in the paint in the walls and TV had wrong control.
We had no ways to speak because we were across the street of the checkin

Very dated property. Inside looks like something out of the late 1980s. Had mini suite. Area for bowels, utensils but was empty. Door separating room with another room but bit gaps between the door where I could see light. I could smell what they were cooking and hear what they were listening to - Mariachi music. The pix make this place super nice but it’s not.
