Excellent parking service. But the lady that guides us to the room is too rushed and just want to finish as soon as she can. Hope such service can be improved in future.

The entire team was extremely accommodating, polite and attentive. They were patient and kind wuth us as we used a translation app to bridge our language barrier. The room was clean and well maintained. Our only wish was that the shikibuton were a little thicker and pillows a little softer.

結婚記念日に利用しました。夕食は近くのひろめ市場でカツオのたたきを3軒もハシゴして食べ過ぎてしまい、20時頃ホテルに戻ってからカツオアレルギーを発症してしまいました。 カツオアレルギーは人生初でしたが、全身にじんましんと呼吸障害を発症、おさまる気配がなかった為、フロントにお願いして救急車を手配して頂きました。幸い点滴で回復し23時過ぎに病院を出る事ができました。 どうやってホテルに戻ろうかと案じていたところ、なんとホテルの方がずっと病院で待っていて下さり、車で送ってくださったのです。 翌日チェックアウトの時もフロントの方から体調を気遣い声をかけてくださいました。ここまで親切にして頂いたホテルスタッフの皆さんに本当に感謝しています。 ありがとうございました。 ホテルの雰囲気や清潔さなど全てが最高でした。また利用したいと思います。

医者に余命１ヶ月と言われた母との最期の家族旅行で利用しました。ここは、両親が新婚旅行で泊まった宿でした。事前に旅館にその旨を伝えておいたところ、特別室に部屋をグレードアップしてくれ、夕食時には記念写真を撮って額に入れてプレゼントしてくれました。細やかな心遣いに、「さすが、天皇陛下も利用される、老舗の高知で一番の宿だな」と感動しました。そして、何より感動したのが、藁焼きの鰹のたたきです！「こんなに美味しい鰹のたたきがあるのか！」と大感動しました！鰹は、ポン酢と薬味無しには食べられないものだと思っていましたが、ここの鰹は、塩だけで充分でした。 そして、夕食の提供をしてくれたスタッフも、とても笑顔の素敵な、気持ちの良いサービスをしてくれる女性でした。とても良い思い出が作れました。ありがとうございました。

妻の誕生日で利用しました。
中は綺麗で、落ち着いた雰囲気で、旅館の方も皆さん素晴らしい接客をしていただきました。
リノベーションした部屋もあるらしいので、次はその部屋も利用してみたいです。

温泉で入り口に、無料の冷たい柚子茶があって、とても、おいしかったです。 マッサージ機が無料でした。 お部屋に冷茶とバームクーヘンがあっておいしかったです。 フロント横に小さいキッズスペースがありました。 朝食会場には子供用の椅子やスプーンがあって、良かったです。使い捨てのビブが もっと良かったてす。 朝食のコーンフレークがしけっていて、とても残念でした。 路面電車の駅の、目の前なので、交通の便が良いので良かったです。
