There is a hot spring for the time being, but it feels like a bonus? The room itself is old but clean. It's convenient because it's in the city.

Satisfied, live very comfortably

I used this service because I was able to make a reservation through a certain member service site. The service was very good, as I was able to easily change the plan over the phone and they suggested the best plan for me. However, the parking space in front of the hotel (especially the north side) and the area from the first floor Rabbi to the cafe space simply smelled of cigarettes. There is an entrance to a smoking area near the cafe space, and a terrible cigarette smell came from there, ruining the taste of the welcome cake that I had been looking forward to enjoying. I was also very happy that the Chateraise ice cream was all-you-can-eat, but it was a little soft and the cone was soft and not crispy at all. I chose a Japanese breakfast, but it was very filling and I was very satisfied. Some of the side dishes and main dishes were served buffet style, so I think it would be fine even if you can eat a lot in the morning. If you want to stay at the Chateraise Hotel near the station, this is a good choice.

The staff were very conscious of the service industry and were very welcoming. I also appreciated the free cake, drinks and ice cream. However, I went there by motorbike and had trouble finding a parking space, as it seems the place isn't used very often.

Due to my job, I stay at business hotels all over the country, but for the first time in a while, I stayed at a hotel that was full of things to criticize. First of all, the facilities are extremely old. *The air conditioning doesn't work well, and the operation buttons are broken. *The LCD screen on the digital clock next to the bed is broken and cannot be seen. *It's difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower. *Even though card keys are still in vogue, the keys are still from the Showa era. *There are not many electrical outlets. Etc. There is a hot spring, but to be honest, the bath and changing rooms are small. Also, the water was lukewarm. The only good things about it are that it's less than a 10-minute walk from the station, and you can eat Chateraise ice cream for free. (However, there is a time limit and you are not allowed to bring it into the room)

The room is spacious, but the interior and furniture are old. The room is cleaned well, but it would be better to replace the wallpaper with new ones.

It had a nice historical a**osphere. The room was spacious and clean. I felt like I was in a luxurious place. However, the hot spring water was too hot for me to use, and the coffee in the room was instant and in a paper cup, which was a little disappointing.

This hotel is located in the center of Kofu City. It was founded 135 years ago this year. The interior of the building was not modern and felt a little old. The carpet was warped and a little stuck. The room was a deluxe twin, so it was spacious and the bed was big. However, there were some big old stains on the chairs from drinks, which put me off a little. There was no safe, so I was a little worried. My partner didn't mind and said that the room was spacious and nice. The hot spring water was black, but the bathroom was dark, so it was hard to see if it was black. The black hot spring deposits were floating. It was a nice, smooth hot spring. As a measure against COVID-19, first call the front desk before going to the bath to check if the bath locker is available, and if it is, go to the front desk and get a locker key (return the key to the front desk when you finish bathing). Women also enter the security code on the door. The women's bath is only available for three people, and there were three washing areas. When I went, one day-tripper was using it. However, it was a summer day with 34 degrees outside, and there was not much wind in the indoor bath, and the bath water was about 40 degrees, so it was quite hot and difficult. The day trippers gave up and left without soaking. They were neighbors, and said they sometimes come here because the water is nice. Later, I saw a paper posted there, and it said that the water is directly from the source, and no water is added or heated. However, the men's bath was not that hot. There seem to be about six washing areas in the men's bath. By the way, I thought that the front desk must have a lot of trouble with handing over the keys to the bath. Also, there was no air conditioning in the changing room, only a fan, so it was difficult to get out of the bath in this hot season. We had dinner and breakfast at a restaurant called "Nishiki" (I added my comment to Nishiki). The service at the front desk and the restaurant was good. It was founded in 1887.
