We loved this perfect pocket hotel. The staff is friendly, open-hearted and very knowledgeable. The rooms are small but great. The breakfast is outstanding and the location in the old town is near everything. We went on a wine tour and walked 1 minute to the bus! It can be noisy at night but the insulating windows really help and they give you free earplugs. Book it. You won't regret it.

This small hotel with a lovely and helpful staff is in a great location in the heart of Korcula town. We stayed two nights in one of their rooms in their main building that has a balcony. The balcony like the room is tiny but was a nice addition and gave a great view of the sea. The room is very tight especially the bathroom. The bathroom is so small and the shower doors leak so much that you need to step into the main room to dry off. The AC worked well and there is a small refrigerator which was handy. The room was quiet though it was the very end of the season so the town was not too busy. We skipped their breakfast because at 17 euros it was too pricey and their are a couple of nearby bakeries that were a good option. Overall a nice stay in a centrally located hotel.

We stayed here for three nights, the first two in the new annex, which was a nice sized newer room. I made our reservation late, so we had to switch a room in the "old" building for our third night - still a very nice room, but much smaller. The staff helped us move, and even with the move we are very glad we stayed here. The hotel is in the perfect location - right in the heart of Korcula Town, just steps away from the main entrance to the old town. Restaurants, excursions, everything - just minutes from the front door. Teha and her staff were very helpful and professional, and recommended a very nice restaurant the first night. Breakfast was also excellent, with a large selection.

Nicely appointed room in a great location. Full breakfast was included. Great staff! Very helpful and kind. We were there during stormy weather and they recommended nearby restaurant , Leut. The welcome drink was really appreciated as a nice way to greet us after our travels.

We spent 3 nights in Fabris Inn, staying in the penthouse apartment on the top floor (about 45 steps up!). There were a number of issues with the room, the worst being the lack of hot water. There was none on the first night, on the second only enough for one shower, and finally we both managed a shower on the third night. We also had a problem with a stuck window blind and the a/c started leaking just before we left. We were disappointed with the hotel mainly because of the lack of hot water - the room was expensive and it would have been nice to have been offered a refund of part of the price to make up for the inconvenience. Breakfast was ok, not a big selection, just adequate. I heard other guests being offered a welcome drink and free earplugs (which were needed one night) but we didn't get any. More attention to room maintenance is needed.

Unfortunately we were booked in a room in the annex on bottom floor with a window with no access, which could not be opened. Just a closed shutter. On the other side were restaurant tables, so you could hear the entire conversation. It was a horrible dark room. It felt like a dungeon. We told them we could not stay there when we saw it. We did not even open our luggage. We left and quickly booked another hotel. We had booked two nights. They did not refund us the second night. I excused them for the first night since it was 3pm when they finally let us check in the room.

We stayed three nights in the new annex of the Fabris. Centrally located for sightseeing and many choices of restaurants. Highly recommend. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Teha especially helped us personally and professionally. Thank you.

The Fabris has a great location near the Old City walls and easy walk from the ferry port. We ended up opting for the newer annex across the street from the historic building. We were told it was quieter and newer than the original rooms. The room we were assigned was “ground floor”. I didn’t realize that ground floor meant underground floor ! While the room itself was nice, it was a bit claustrophobic in that the only windows were high up and small to the street level. The room was very dark as a result. The entry door to the room startled us the first time as there was a sound like small barking dogs when we went to open it ! I think it was the door scraping on the floor causing that sound - we got used to it after the second time or so and thought it funny if not strange. Other than that, the location was the real winner here
