"The welcome at reception was great and we had high hopes for our stay at Aminess Port 9 but ultimately came away thinking this hotel was decidedly average.  After checking in we headed straight to the pool and soon realised why it wasn’t busier - it was freezing! We had booked half board, breakfast and dinner were fine with lots of options but the coffee wasn’t great and no fresh juice.  It would have been nice to have tap water offered with dinner.  My son particularly enjoyed the multimedia room but it was only open from 1-7pm."

The overall ambiance was wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful terrace offering stunning views. The rooms were clean, and the interior design blended perfectly with the outdoor Mediterranean surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade due to availability. Outstanding value for money – 10/10!"

"The fish of the day was beautiful. Well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The roasted potatoes were also very good. Lovely setting with shade on a very hot day. However the vegetables accompanying the fish could have been better (more variety and less cooking). This is not a cheap on the beach lunch (shared starter, sea bass and 1 bottle of wine) €200+ but would return if only the owner would spend some of the profits on providing decent toilet facilities"
