酒店前台的服務態度超級棒，位置也超級好找，一家人出來旅遊，亞朵這麼給我一種家的感覺，服務周到早餐種類豐富多彩味道超級贊，服務設施齊全也很好用，總之，去出差或者旅遊必選之地，以後出來玩還會選擇亞朵的，很喜歡庫爾勒的亞朵酒店，像家一樣，推薦入住哦

非常不錯的一家酒店！辦理入住速度快，服務好，衞生乾淨，停車場也很大！早餐特別好吃，豐盛！去哪裡都挺方便的！新疆天氣乾燥，還配有加濕器，空調也很給力！總之特別棒的一家酒店！推薦！推薦！

這一次的入住是讓我有點失望的，亞朵品牌一直是以服務打動我並在每個不同城市入住都能帶來驚喜的酒店，這次感覺總體一般，優點：春節期間停車免費，大堂一如既往的舒適，機器人送物便捷，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務還可以，安排的房間可以看到孔雀河和小公園夏天的話非常nice，房間有配置小米加濕器，有無線充電牀頭櫃，有浴袍，有體重秤，有女士專用的化粧鏡，馬桶有單獨配置兩片酒精濕巾，房間內有單獨的小冰箱，免費贈送了小吃飲料；再來説説不滿意的，化粧鏡不建議配置暖光應該是冷光，有體重秤沒有電無法正常使用，開水壺外表有污漬沒有清潔到位從入住到退房衹能忍着不喝熱水而喝了礦泉水，無線充電的牀頭櫃一側是壞的，面盆的水龍頭感覺水垢很多打開時不能輕鬆控制水量，淋浴水温太燙了，要不就是涼水，很難控制。這個價格和其他連鎖相比較沒有物有所值的感覺，以後來這裏不會選擇了。

説實話很滿意亞朵，不光酒店乾淨舒適，服務人員也是超級好。走之前還買了亞朵兩個枕頭帶回家睡，服務真的不比五星差，早上趕飛機走到一半發現背包落在了酒店房間，酒店服務人員小布姑娘立馬第一時間打車給我送往機場，讓我在最後兩分鐘趕上了上飛機的登記時間，真的超級超級感動，等我回來後要給小姑娘車費，小姑娘也沒有要；亞朵來回機場也要小一百的費用，到時候小姑娘還是沒收我的紅包。再次感謝小布姑娘，也感謝亞朵給我這麼好的體驗。辦了會員，以後庫爾勒衹住這家！

酒店位置非常的好，靠近孔雀河。酒店有免費的停車場，停車很方便，距離酒店很近，大廳看起來非常的乾淨整潔，服務人員的態度非常的親和，辦理入住的速度很快，入住時酒店前台員工還提供奉茶，大廳的辦公區也很寬敞。房間住的朝孔雀河這邊，風景很好！晚上酒店也很安靜，我個人睡眠比較淺但隔音效果特別的好。下來再來庫爾勒的話，我還會住這一家亞朵。

無語了，對亞朵酒店有點偏愛又恨，幾次很不愉快的入住體驗，不得不給予評價，這次預訂了幾木房，到前台説給我升級，居然給我到我的房間是高級大床，比我定的價格定了一檔。很無語，前台回覆我説就是幫我免費升級了。又説我定的就是高級大床房。
都有點被欺騙的感覺。

房間乾淨，整體設施比較新，有機器人服務，帶孩子旅遊入住提供有小童拖鞋和小童牙刷套裝，前台服務貼心，晚餐換有免費的夜宵有粥，蛋糕，小菜，換可以健身，孩子們很喜歡，酒店位置距離孔雀河，孩子門特意去看了天鵝，真是很滿意的一次旅行，以後就住亞朵了😃
