"Being a Marriott property, the quality is pretty much guaranteed. The room was clean and comfortable. The butler added me on WeChat early on and was incredibly responsive to all my requests. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, though it was a bit of a walk to get to the Renaissance's breakfast restaurant, where the swimming pool is also located. Room service could use some improvement. Not only was delivery slow, but after housekeeping cleaned the room, they often forgot to replenish clean towels and tissues. However, once I raised these issues, they were quick to improve. On the plus side, the hotel's location is quite quiet, and it's convenient for driving around."

The security guards, front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and has ample spaces. Highly recommended!"

"The family room I booked was outdated, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, there was a refrigerator inside the wardrobe, and the tea bar was also inside the wardrobe—I had to boil water inside the wardrobe… The wardrobe doors creaked and rattled. The sofa chair looked like it was about to fall apart… My cosmetics accidentally fell under the sink, and the lid was covered in grime."

There's not many eateries here but luckily we managed to find just one small shop managedby a couple serving cheap tasty food and we ate here for the entire 3 days of our stay in Korla."

"The hotel facilities are quite old. The elevators frequently malfunction, the buttons are unresponsive, and waiting for the elevator is difficult. The food is poor. The location is decent. It's right next to the Peacock River, and there are restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. If you're driving, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The directions to the underground parking lot are for those metal frames with hard metal wheels; the spaces are narrow. Even as a 20-year veteran driver, I couldn't park there at all. I called the hotel, and they just told me to find a spot anywhere, but they didn't care... My family had to go to the hotel reception to get someone to unlock their parking space. I have absolutely no positive impression of the hotel."

"Leaving the hotel on Xinjiang Road. Very bright, clean and quiet, opposite the state hospital, not many people, go to work at four in the afternoon, convenient for taking medicine. The front desk service is thoughtful. It is catching up with the first day of the college entrance examination. This is a candidate hotel. There are more than a dozen candidates in the morning, most of them are accompanied by their families. Early is very rich, there are fragrant pears. When leaving the store, I accidentally received a small gift from a horse to success."

"The hotel selected for Korla is particularly suitable. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Swan River to see the night view. The surrounding specialty restaurants and supermarkets are complete. It is very convenient to buy food. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and they also actively recommended local punching points. The room was well-lit, spotless cleaning, the bathroom was dry and wet, hot water was supplied 24 hours a day, the mattress was moderately firm, the corridor noise was completely inaudible, and the long-distance running could have a good rest. With free parking, self-driving tourists are very friendly, the comprehensive strength is very strong at the same price, and the first choice for travel to southern Xinjiang."
