Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites

We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff was very helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety of local products. Facilities were great and our room was amazing! I would highly recommend it! We will definitely go back!!

We stayed in August 2022 and had a wonderful holiday so we booked again for 2023. We paid a lot of money to stay 10 nights with a sea view room. I had emailed several times before asking for our ideal room location having stayed previously. Upon arrival, we were given room 830 which looked out onto a building. I immediately went to reception and advised I wasn’t happy paying all that money for my sea view to be a building and was promised I had many rooms to pick from in the morning. Long story short, there were no other rooms, I was passed left right and centre, apparently it was my fault I got that room as the room we had requested before were not the correct room types we had booked and I should have known this (after 4 emails to reception prior to our holiday, not once did they say that the rooms we politely requested were downgrades), first day of my holiday ruined and we had no choice but to accept a downgraded room with a pool view at best. The receptionist (couldn’t remember her name) was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered on holiday. If we had been given the room we paid so much money for, we would still be returning customers this year but I wouldn’t go back. I was not the only person complaining about the views so clearly the sea view rooms advertised are not always correct.

We stayed at the hotel with my husband and our two teenage sons. We chose it based on its very high rating. The staff was experienced, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The mattresses on the beds and the pillows are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The hotel facilities, the pools and the restaurants are modern and clean. I really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurants. Every day we tried a different restaurant since it was included in the price!!!

It was a perfect family vacation in the beautiful Dimitra Beach Hotel. The food was great, our suite was perfect clean and neat, and the Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The location is perfect and I totally recommend it. We cannot wait to come back!!!

With a view of the endless blue... the combination of white and blue takes you on a journey and calms you down... Fantastic rooms service friendly and courteous staff… About the food .. you won't know what to choose first from the wonderful buffet or from the food at the à la carte restaurant one of the best places to be in kos island

A long rant but stick with me. A “5 Star” rip off. To start with the selection of buffet as they call it isn’t a selection it’s the same cold food every night. Even cold soup. The selection of food is so poor for a 5 star I would expect better at a 3 star even the breakfast was stone cold!!! As for drinks the orange juice was watered down so badly it wasn’t drinkable and tea and coffee were stone cold. Also summed it up when your sat with food bins around your table at your meal The bar that’s open till midnight shut at 10 :30 every night! We went here the first night thinking it was open for another two hours to be turned away and refused service as we were “ too late” this was at 9:50pm, we reported to management and nothing was done. This bar was also supposed to have people bringing drinks down to the beach throughout the day taking your orders, as for that a lie too. Be prepared to walk a mile and 60+ stairs Went to bed one night, the phone rang continuously throughout the night time after time. We rang down to the reception to be told it was a crossed line and nothing could be done! So some terrible nights sleep we had. We even had to u plug the phone as this was going off every 5-15 minutes To top it off we came back from a day at the pool to find our cleaner had left the door key in the door. Good job nothing was stolen !!!!!!! The girl at the top pool (can’t remember her name) with red hair, was SO lovely couldn’t fault her at all👏🏼👏🏼 As for the other staff didn’t want to help at all. The men at the bottom pool were SO RUDE and not welcoming at all when he asked where we were from in England he said he only liked “northerners” Just some highlights of our holiday..I could continue all night to be honest but we’d be here for a while. Would not return at all and definitely would not recommend

A perfect All In Hotel on a great place. The beach (private) is clean an there is enough place for all guests. But the highlight on service is George and his staff in the mainrestaurant. Everything i running, everything is fine. And thats each time, every day. Congratulations!

Stayed AI with family & friends. Fantastic local. Sea view room immaculate. Variety for breakfast, lunch & dinner. No complaints. Entertainment is the best we really enjoyed this especially the South African singers, belly dancer, greek dancer & live singer. Pool area kept clean & staff always friendly. Beach is pebbled so take water shoes. Loads of sunbed & staff help you find a space for you. Greek hospitality at its best. The staff work so hard & always with a smile. Shout out to Sophie, Nikos staff at the beach, always attentive to our needs. Good drinks options & cocktails. Thank you Dimitri perfecting the Aperol Spitz. Local bus outside hotel to Kos town costs 2 euros each way. Would recommend going day & night as completely different vibes. We did the 3 island boat trip which we booked whilst at Kos 25 euros each including lunch. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely return. Only 1 request if you are staying at the hotel please water & feed the cats. The hotel doesn't have capacity for this. They do put water & milk down when they have time.
