Everything was great at this hotel 17 amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome

My colleuqe like this hotel so much because it is not far from the airport and no need to enter KK town. The hotel was clean & comfort. It is just for one night transit to go to Miri for the next day.

Nice & clean room. Friendly staff. Fast check in. Great stay. Nice window view.Really enjoy staying here.

First time stay in this hotel. It was surprised that had a nice renovation. The bed is too old and i think they need to change it. More improvement need . Location is awesome because it is located beside the mall.

It just that room are small.. otherwise ok! Not far to go shopping mall.. just walking around 2 to 3 minutes.. easy!

The rooms are relatively small and cramped. Each room only provides one key card and you need to take a key card to get to and from the floor, which is very inconvenient.

OK very good Will stay again next month Naisi The price is not expensive ~ but the room is relatively small I like autumn so much If I can, I will go to Daxinganling next month. Hygiene: Very good^_^Clean

The room was okay and the location was good

We stayed at Hotel 17 for 4 days and we really enjoyed it. We have to say that the location is quite good as the big shopping centre is right next door and the Sutera Harbour. It was very clean, the wifi worked really well, the staff very kind and welcoming. A very convenient place to stay at!

Disappointed cause we booked king size bed but given queen size. When we asked they said its up to them not up to ********** to decide the room we get! The king size bed rooms are bigger but we were given first floor where most of the rooms are smaller. Apart from that the location, cleanliness all ok but in future we have to book direct to make sure we get the size of rooms we want

We stayed at this hotel for five nights during the Chinese New year period. The rooms have been updated recently (review written in Jan 2023). The beds were comfortable, the rain showers were great, and the wifi was really fast. It is very easy to walk to the imago shopping centre which is literally the neighbouring building. The service was good too. What was not so good - no pool for the price point; traffic into the KK Times square/imago area can be quite jammed; our room smelt of old smoke when we first arrived; needing to use stairs to access the lift from the ground floor.
