Its written there is an elevator but we had to carry out luggage with us to the second floor using stairs and nobody is helping us with the luggage they even stare at u waiting for u to grab your luggage and follow them to the rooms. The room was spacious and kind of clean but it shows that its toooo old. The bathroom tiles for example is coming out. And the walls are not clean and has some dirt on it. The room was missing many things which we had to request over and over to get them. For example, towels, slippers, and hair dryer … etc every day we discover something is missing The hotel is full of different kinds of insects outside the room luckily nothing found in the inside. The bed is super HARD !!! My wife and i had a very bad back pain from the first night it felt like sleeping on rocks. The location was the best as its opposite to the beach and calm place we enjoyed wallking outside the hotel The swimming pool is really dirty , old , and dangerous because the tiles are broken and u might get injured The place looked nice though but not for a stay I do not recommend at all

Horrible! There was no staff at reception on arrival, we waited for 30 minutes, finally one woman came in but was rude and confused about checking us in. The person showing us to our room got lost. When we asked for pillows and towels, they acted like it was a major inconvenience. Power went off/on during night, which causes the lights in room to all turn on and wake us up. It's weird cause this is a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms, and a giant swimming pool... How can they be this incompetent? Also no help getting taxi, they told us to go out and walk along the beach to find one ... Also a bit far from everything -- one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

The check-in process was prolonged, and the absence of a bellboy and elevator meant hauling luggage up stairs manually, which was inconvenient. The hotel's location and other aspects might appeal, but be prepared for these inconveniences.

Perfect Location in Ao Nang, the Place is very beautiful, Rooms are clean and big. 2 min away from the Beach this Place is Perfect if you want to be in calm.

The hotel is large, there are too few staff, the service cannot keep up, there are no clean bath towels, and 1,000 baht was lost in the room. The location is very good, with the beach at the door and a huge night market next to it.

The hotel is just super. And the building itself is very beautiful, large green area, large swimming pools. Huge room with fresh renovation. There were no problems with hot cold water, they were cleaned every day. Very conveniently located, close to the beach, night market and public transport. The hotel staff is polite. We are ready to come back here again. Lived 30 nights

A good hotel, a quiet place located on the first line, a little away from the tourist bustle and the night market, but after 5-10 minutes of walking along the embankment you find yourself in the thick of things. There are no annoying sellers near the hotel like in the epicenter of the tour zone. The design of the hotel itself is interesting, made to look like old royal chambers. The rooms would be nice to freshen up, of course, but overall the price/quality ratio is an excellent option (we booked for 1200 baht a night)

The accommodation is dirty, a lot of dust, there are stains on the floor of the room. The bedsheets turned yellow from white and were so old that the fabric was already flaky. The balcony has bird droppings. The a**osphere of the room was very scary. Let customers stay on the 4th floor but the elevator is broken. Check in at 5:00 p.m. Couldn't accept the room condition for the price paid over two thousand baht. At 7:20 p.m., agree to check out immediately. That's enough.
