It’s a pity that I paid online through Ctrip, but had to swipe the room fee again when I went to the hotel front desk. Later I contacted customer service and asked the hotel for a refund. Ctrip also made up for the exchange rate difference. I am currently waiting for the room fee to be credited to my account.

Upon arrival (after check-in time) our room was not ready. The restaurant was closed that day. We could, however, ask for cutlery to eat in the room.
The room was full of stains. In the bathroom, the ceiling and walls were full of hair from previous guests and the edge of the bed was full of dust.
The swimming pool was nice. Nice seating areas in the garden.
