The location was amazing, less than 5 minutes to the pavilion mall by walking. 6 minutes to the exchange TRX mall by walking, 20 mins to midvalley by car. Location was overall amazing, but the only bad thing was the lift. We stayed at the 11th floor so it is hard to even get a lift to go down. We had to wait 20 minutes to even get one even though it is full. The TV in the room was also not operational, the wifi was too slow for the TV to even play any channel. One time we get to watch CNA it was so laggy the TV was going 2x the normal talking speed. One last thing is there was no spoon at all, I had to make milk for my son who has IBD. There was no spoon to stir the milk, there was only a small wooden stick for tea. So we had to go to McDonald's to get some plastic spoons. Overall rating 7.5/10

Hotel location is superb. Close to Bukit Bintang but away from the main congested roads. Clean rooms and infinity pool is amazing.
Only downside is the lifts. Terrible waiting time for the lift. The programming of the lift seems to be off. Multiple lifts go to same level. Lift skips certain levels for no apparent reasons. Coupled with room keeping using the same lift lobby for their trolley.

Pros: All i can said is the location worth everything. In between of TRX exchange mall and Pavillion. Many eateries nearby.
Cons: Lobby is always busy and sometimes during peak hours you need to queue for the lifts.

This is my second time stay in sleeping lion suite and this time is for 2 nights. Love the location is in the heart of bukit bintang and surrounded by so many malls including in Pavillion, TRX, Lot 10, Fahrenheit, berjaya time square and many more is all walking distance if u know the short cut is much faster. My bad this time I have accidentally book a smaller room.
Junior suite is 19M2
Deluxe Suite is 21M2
Grand King deluxe and abv is 31M2
Hope sleeping lion management to bring down the parking charges FROM RM10 per day per entry to RM10 per night.
My total parking charges for 3days 2 nights is RM30 just to park at the hotel parking premises.
