Stayed at the Westin KL recently. Check-in/out was smooth and the room was clean with a comfy bed. Food at the club lounge was just okay. Biggest downside was the noise — hotel is close to the road and I kept waking up at night from loud traffic and sirens. Also, the shower didn’t drain properly. Great location near malls, but I didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

Great location, cross the street to Pavilion. Receptions and all staffs are friendly. We had early check in and late check out. Extra bed price is reasonable

This is one of the best hotel in KL. We checked in with a friendly and approachable staff. As we were here for our anniversary, she surprised us with a free room upgrade and breakfast for the stay. They also delivered to us a delicious chocolate cake marked ‘Happy Anniversary’ on it. Thank you 🤩 Not only the room is spacious and clean, the bed and pillows are so comfortable that we had a very good night sleep. Unfortunately we do not have the time to use their pool and gym which looks awesome, maybe for the next visit😅

Location was excellent right next to Pavilion Mall and within easy walking distance around Bkt Bintang area. Room was very well maintained despite it being an older property. Service from staff was good and attentive. Breakfast variety was a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
