Perfect location, right at the heart of the city. Once you walk out is Jalan Alor which is very convenient for us.

love the easy process of check in. night duty staff is very friendly and understand we are checking in late cos of the coach and traffic. room is spacious and clean and love how the hotel is a sustainability one! location is good, alot of good food and yes we will definitely stay again !

Our 3-night stay was unsatisfactory. We were not informed beforehand that the hotel cafe offering breakfast was under renovation, requiring a 5-minute walk and sharing breakfast facilities with other hotel guests. The experience felt like a budget hotel, with cleanliness issues. The cracked ceiling at the main entrance appeared unstable. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Bukit Bintang, KLCC, TRX, Central Market, and Berjaya Times Square, but it may not be suitable for families with children.

Location right at famous alor street. So many eateries, so many food stall right in front of hotel And right behind and beside hotel there is cozy place to enjoy Durians Price so affordable. I got room at 10th floor with view Twin tower. Room also spacious. We got 2 single bed and 1 queen bed. Which is i think the room can fit up to 4-5 adult. There is also sofa which you can use for nap also They provide standars amenities. But please be noted for toothbrush. They only give to guests who ask for it. So if you dont find toothbrush in your room.. Just ask to the hotel staff Price i paid in TRIP.COM also already including tourism tax. So when we check in we dont need to pay 10RM/night/room again Happy stayed here. Would love to come again in the future

Front Office Goor Service and Good Location to travel anywhere.Public Transport Good/Shopping walking distance .Not worry about food if hungry.

Every time I went to Bukit bintang. This is one of the hotel I will choose great locations with all local food .

A very comfortable hotel. Just need more lightings in the room. As soon as you stepped out of the hotel, it is the famous Jalan Alor. At night, it is bustling with life. In the morning, it is a quiet street.

Great locatio Jln Alor and clean rooms! Plenty of food just right outside the hotel...no need to travel far for good KL eats!
