Came for a one night staycation. Cozy bed. Fortunately it was good weather that we were able to walk around the city centre, specifically to KLCC and Pavilion. There was a lot of varieties during breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the EQ Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly service made me feel right at home. Special mention must go to the bellboys, who were exceptionally courteous and attentive. They greeted me with genuine smiles, assisted with my luggage efficiently, and provided helpful tips about the city. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spacious, stylishly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, offering one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in ages. Coupled with the stunning view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, it was truly a luxurious experience. The gym at EQ is world-class and a haven for fitness enthusiasts. It’s fully equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, catering to all types of workouts, whether cardio, strength, or functional training. The space is spotless, well-maintained, and an absolute pleasure to use. The breakfast buffet is a feast for the senses, with a wide range of delicious choices to suit all palates. From freshly baked pastries to flavorful local delicacies and international favorites, every dish was impeccably prepared. The quality and variety were simply outstanding. Overall, EQ Hotel stands out for its combination of luxurious facilities, delicious food, and exceptional service. The friendly and professional staff, especially the bellboys, add a personal touch that makes the experience even more memorable. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, EQ Hotel is the perfect choice in Kuala Lumpur. I can’t wait to return!

Really loved everything about our stay. From the room, to the amenities and right down to the service. You can really feel the warmth from every single one of the staff and they’re really not calculative about anything. Location-wise was good as well which is an 8 minute walk away from pavilion where you can get just about anything. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again in the future!

Good location, within walking distance to Mall. highly recommended.. Just that breakfast spread is so-so for the given price.

Easy to get around, friendly hotel staff within walking distance to life center mall which houses the famous Pitt club and also a short walk from the famous alor food street

I recently stayed at EQ, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service that truly defines a 5-star establishment.

Indeed a 5 star hotel, very elegant and well designed. Great pool, clean and not too busy, with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas. Well equiped gym. Good breakfast and good food in reasonable prices. The only thing i regret is that i didnt insist to get a room facing KLCC because i paid the exact same amount of money for a room facing either KL tower or KLCC and i was assigned a room that had a completely obstructed view.

The shower host was broken but I was wondering how come house keeping did not realise until we reported the damage. The table lamp was flickering and the top was so hot, it can burn anyone. The hotel came to change the table lamp after I make a complaint but we got electricity trip next day morning due to the plug! The shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel is of very poor quality. I believe hotel that charge this amount should provide Dyson hair dryer, not one of those old bulky and noisy hair dryer. However, the room is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Service is very good.

We had an enjoyable two days in KL staying at EQ. The staff (from the reception to the security staff) are friendly and helpful which made the stay as stress free as possible. Breakfast at Nipah was excellent with a good selection of International cuisines. We were able to get tables quickly and the service staff were also on hand to clear away used plates and cutlery quickly. I liked the bookshop opposite for its eclectic selection of books as well. I appreciated the complimentary minibar which was topped up daily. Carpark was safe with security staff present at each level and it was relatively easy to get my EV charged during my stay. The room was really clean and well-maintained and other than the malfunctioning coffee maker that was replaced, I thought it was comfortable for a party of 4 (3 adults and 1 child.). As the hotel is located in the heart of town, expect the roads to be congested during peak hours which will make travel by car more inconvenient than normal. Thanks to the entire staff of EQ for a wonderful experience! Keep up the good work!

This is an excellent hotel located well in the CBD centre while it offers an extraordinary comfortable hospitality. The room offers 2-sided wide angle view with special setup by locating the bed at the centre of the room, which I love such arrangement much. The bathroom is with so much room. The swimming pool and fitness rooms are all above my expectation. It’s a very pleasant stay.

The suite is very spacious with a perfect view of KL Tower. Very clean as well. Thank you!
