It’s okay good for sleeping not for a long period of time. Close to everything.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nice location, full of restaurants and mart. Also, walking distance to metro lines 2 and 19. The walls are kind of thin but bareable. Recommend.

Thirdhand smoke residue all over the room and worst when sleeping as there are used cigarettes and other trash behind the nightstand, not a very good cleaning job. As a non-smoker I had to wear a mask the first few nights until I got used to it. Blood stains under the sheets of the blanket and shower temperature changes from hot to cold spontaneously. Hallways look like something out a horror movie and the carpets were extremely dirty. Not terrible for the price but spend a bit more and get something nicer. You get what you pay for I guess…

The hotel's location was really good, close to the metro station and other places. There is a beautiful river view near the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly. Highly recommend booking this hotel.

A bit of a walk to the metro but near bus stops. So location is not too bad. Room was big enough, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big enough too. Lots of food options around.

The hotel is located very central and near the West Lake in Hangzhou. The staff is very friendly and will help you solve your problems immediately!👍🏼 The only thing that may be bothersom for a longer stay, is that rooms and the overall hallways aren't very new and look a bit used. For example the carpet being dirty, the sink being a bit damaged and the shower cabin not closing while showering. The cleaning was a bit unstructered, maybe the worker was too busy but our rooms one day were only cleaned in the evening, after we already got back. The cleaning could be better, our toilet had stains on it, the day we came and the day we left...a bit gross.. If you do not need to stay for a long time the hotel is good and cheap, not highest standard but ok.

The toilet hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. The next day, we pushed the clean up room, but when we returned at night the toilet was still dirty. The room is very small, we couldn't have our luggage opened on the floor. The shower went from hell lava hot to penguin village cold, no middle point. The bed was attached to a curtain. The corridor was very noisy, specially at midnight when we wanted to sleep, sound travels easily and you could hear the neighbour entering their room like if they tried to enter yours. The AC was nice and the location is good, near the metro station. The front desk had free candy, also nice.

Free bottled water and clean room and toilet. The receptionist was kind enough to let us use the washing room for free, and even kept our laundry for us once. Only problem is that our room reeked of smoke. If they can get rid of the smoke smell it would be perfect.

The hotel was great! They gave me a free upgrade as I had a bit of luggage. The room was clean and there was AC: they were also really nice and did my laundry for me —- for free!

I am very happy with my stay in Huihe Hotel. Besides the hardware being very good, the staff were very helpful, accommodative and provided me with warm hospitality. I had a long stay there and they made me feel so at home.

Quite good, some hidden treasures between the shower and the sink, unfortunately inaccessible.
