I had high expectation prior to staying this hotel as it should be beyond 5 star hotel. After arriving the hotel later than expected, I would like to do quick check-in, dropping my luggages and having another meeting. However I was told to wait as there were other guests waiting for check-in. I don’t understand why they could have more check-in counters instead of 2 only. I came back later, everything was ok. I was asked whether I would like to have something to drink in my room and I asked for tea, and not delivered. In morning, I would like to have coffee in my room, unfortunately the coffee maker machine was out of order. I had to call butler for a mug of coffee. However, this issue was fixed during the day. Breakfast was ok but the place is crowded. After checkout, I requested a shuttle service to KL Sentral Station (actually it is walking distance), I was told it will be 10 minutes, again I have waited for 30 minutes until one of the staffs noticed and called the van. Overall the hotel was great but my experience with services from this hotel was far disappointed.

Service is top notch, and room is clean and cosy with a sofa and four pillows per Queen bed. The room is huge enough for rooming four people to make every dollar spent worth it... Will do it next time! Breakfast was just about OK. Special mention to Ammar at the reception who was polite and conversant, amiable and clear in his explanations. Location allows for a short walk to KL Sentral and Nu Mall, and is at a less bustling spot.

Our 4d3n in St Regis Kuala Lumpur was truly a luxurious stay, complete with top quality service from checking in, bringing us for a quick room orientation and daily house keeping until checking out. The breakfast also covers all the different cuisines and we were spoilt for choice. We definitely tried different things each day. The hotel is also located near Muzium Negara station which makes it easier for us to travel everywhere else by public. Thank you St Regis Kuala Lumpur for the impeccable experience and we look forward to bringing our loved ones back here to experience it as well.

I had a wonderful short trip stay at St. Regis KL. Staffs were friendly & helpful especially the butlers (Ryan & team), doormen & bellboys. Special shout out to concierge Izz & Aizat (can’t recall his exact name). They went the extra mile to assist in all possible ways. Spa therapist Haizan did an amazing facial. Housekeeping did a good job too. Room was super clean! Thank you :)

Unforgettable stay! The service at St Regis is impeccable, from check in, concierge, shuttle service to the Mall and KLIA station, breakfast and a special butler service! The butler served us drinks any time we wanted. We were served with fresh lemon slices, latte, cappuccino, one very kind butler named Robi, always came with a smile with nice surprises like pillow fragrance spray and chocolate after serving us drinks. XinYi the butler, Umar from reception and Kifri from concierge are all extremely warm characters! All in the room is flawless, super clean, beautiful view from full panel windows. The only downside is nothing much to watch on TV. The pool is bit small, the gym is great!

Hotel breakfast buffet is ok, hotel room space is big for family, not much of the view, one thing that’s kids friendly is their swimming pool and they also hv kids club indoor playground which is a bonus
