Beautifully designed and modern hotel located near the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel lobby was on the 40th floor and has nice views of the city. Complimentary drinks and coffee machines are provided for guests at the lobby. We were upgraded to the one bedroom suite which was extremely spacious and comes with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two high resolution TVs in the living and bedroom with international channels. Very cosy and ideal for long term staying guests. There is a gym and indoor heated pool situated on the 39th floor for guests to workout and swim. The staff was helpful and friendly and we had an extremely comfortable and wonderful stay at this hotel. Will be back again.

If only swimming pool accessible for kids much more better 👍near to klcc and delicious breakfast. Staff friendly and comfortable bed.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, clean, fantastic floor to ceiling window view from the hotel. Free coffee from the hotel lobby. Location is good because it is near to LRT, MRT and walking distance to KLCC

Wonderful stayed in Element KL. Price is reasonable. Location is not the best, but good enough. Food choices are not much but taste good. 👍

It’s the most amazing stay we ever had in KL. The room and service provided far exceeded our expectations and special thanks to Tasia, our room attendant, who made our stay memorable. We would 100% recommend and look forward to coming back again next time.

Stay at Element Malaysia was just exceptional from all aspects: top location, yards away from metro, under Petronas shadows that's how close it is, exceptionally clean and modern. The customer services were on a different level - from reception to guest service to dining services - all were competing with each other to exceed expectations. Having stayed in some 5 star hotels in the vicinity previously like Traders, Element stood head and shoulders above most the these hotel. Will stay again definitely.

Lucky enough to score an upgrade. The view is incredible from one bedroom suite. Large king Heavenly bed. Full kitchen, including apartment-sized frig, cook top, dishwasher, televisions in living room and bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa onsite...BONUS 💫. No hotel bar, but there are 2 across the street at the Intercontinental.
