The towel is smelly. Controllably hot shower water. A bit dim at the bed area(not enough luminance.

Everything in the room was falling apart. The light and tv was not working and yhe shiwer had no knob so canmot be turned on. Had a terrible stay there as could not shower.

The cleanliness is low as the bedsheet have some stains and hair. The window didn’t have holder to lock.
The cleaner didn’t do the cleaning properly as there’s blanket used by last customer still hanging on the wall ,didn’t refilled the shampoo and provided toilet roll.
The good part is there’s water dispenser and microwave.
The both receptionists are helpful and friendly.

Happy stay with Euro hotel. Staffs become my friends and they have given good service. I love to stay in Eurolife hotel again and again.

Poor hygiene and the service bad....
Room hairdryer not functioning and ask service counter to get a hairdryer but until I checkout also haven't get it

Pros: cheap & budget hotel.
Cons: Lobby’s floor is sticy, room’s floor also sticky. My room is dark due to the lamp on the bad being broken, tv & hair dryer are not working, room smells musty & smells of old cigarette. The communal iron on 1st floor is not working, had to go use the iron at 5th floor, which is a scary-looking floor. The staff at the lobby is not friendly at all. Hotel not recommended for solo female traveller.

Location for the hotel is strategic bcs near kl sentral, only need around 5 min walking to kl sentral.
No smoking hotel but theres a strong smell of cigarettes at level 5, the hotel does not have a good air circulation so it becomes hot and humid. The room we booked has facilities such as hair dryer, tv but the fridge in the room is not cleaned and smells bad. The air conditioner takes a long time to cool down and may not have been serviced for a long time. The wall of the room has a stain. The toilet also has stagnant water when showering and the towel hanger is too high to reach.
