We had a pleasant stay here..The food was great, the ambience, the service was superb. They just need to clean the balcony of the room daily because the birds are making a mess of our balcony.

Breakfast selection is too basic compared to the price. Room ok and comfortable Limited pool for children especially kids aged 10 to 12 yrs..

Modern renovated room. Good king size bed. Pantry with coffee/tea. Big bathroom with toiletries. Nice balcony with outdoor furniture. Buffet breakfast with varieties.

Great experience in Swiss Garden Beach Resort Kuantan. My third time staying in this resort. Place that I will return to every time going to Kuantan.

A very good for families! Went there with my sisters lil family and we had the greatest time! The pool caters to children more than adults. They haves slides and water fountains and bigger than normal. After fun play with the pool we walk to beach. The beach is fairly clean and not too crowded. And, the best is we get to have small puddles when it is low tide. The hotel room is large and comfortable for up to 3 people in a room. Comfortable bed too. The toilet could have been a tad bit cleaner but nothing too concerning. Recommend for families!

I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. I’m excited to return when the renovations are finished!
