The room is good, the garden is beautiful, and the breakfast could be more varied. The hotel staff is very businesslike. It's still quite cold in Kuitun in autumn. I wanted to add a quilt but they said there were no extras. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but they called us and told us that it was not time to turn on the air conditioner. They didn't consider the guests' perspective at all and help solve the problem.

The government designated the hotel for reception, so the service attitude is particularly poor, but fortunately there is a yard that is a bit quieter. The facilities are old, after all, it is an old hotel. Not very recommended

We booked two business single rooms (king bed) and arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening. The guy at the front desk said that a colleague contacted me in the morning and discussed to change me to a twin bed. I took out the call records. I received a call from Guangdong in the morning. Why did I agree to change to a 1.2-meter bed? I'm not stupid. The guy called his colleague, and it sounded like a woman. The attitude seemed not very good. The guy had to call the manager, and the manager directly asked him to upgrade us to a suite (although the suite facilities were also old, maybe there were few people staying, and the smell was not good). I have to give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk, and also ask the colleague who contacted me to look at the attitude and gap between himself and the manager in treating customers!
