Place, Clean, Service, Facilities All Good

Toyoko INN is probably a more cost-effective hotel. First of all, it is close to the subway station. We took the Shinkansen from Nippori and got off the train and walked for a few minutes. However, we arrived late and the front desk still ordered CHECK OUT before 10 o'clock. We have to control our time. We only spent 3 hours in the hotel one day. We couldn't even catch up with breakfast in the morning, so we hurried out to take a taxi to the client's place. The hotel is always clean and tidy, and it's quite comfortable. Even though it lasted 3 hours, I replenished my energy and washed myself up.

I would like you to improve your service. I watched the clock after washing, but I was only 7 or 8 minutes late, and my laundry was collected by the hotel assistant without a word. I had no idea where it went, and when I asked the assistant, I was left with a bad impression, which was only natural. If you could put up a placard or write something near the washing machine, such as if it is 5 minutes late, the hotel will collect it, and please contact the front desk, I think it would be easier to understand that it is strict, and would reduce these kinds of problems. Please consider this.

The single room I stayed in was definitely big in Japan. The room was very clean. The location was perfect. It was 100m away from the station, 90m away from the convenience store and drugstore, and there were many food nearby.

安定の東横インです。備え付けのシャンプーコンディショナーでもキシキシならないところがよいです。洗顔系もDHCでありがたい！どこの東横イン行っても清潔感があるので出張の際は利用してます。 無料朝食もありがたいですがいつも時間なくて食べれないのでコーヒーだけいただきます。

룸컨디션은 흠 잡을게 없을 정도로 깨끗했습니다, 날이 추워서 난방을 켜면 기계 돌아가는 소리가 조금 거슬렸지만 이틀째에는 익숙해졌네요. 역에서 가까운 곳에 위치, 잠옷은 리셉션에 요청하면 받을 수 있었습니다.
