It's located in the mountains, and there are so many trees that it feels like you're in a forest. The place has a great vibe, and I really wanted to stay longer. The cottage was big and beautiful, with everything we needed. The balcony looked out onto the forest, which was full of jackfruit trees and cardamom plants. They even gave us free high tea in the evening. The kids loved the pool and the bonfire area, and there were lots of places to sit and relax in the woods and listen to the birds. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel of this category. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and the best thing about the place was the staff. They were super friendly and helpful, and the service was always quick. Definitely a place to relax, enjoy, and recommend.

Nestled in the mountains of Thekkady, the Mountain Court is an older style hotel brimming with courteous and helpful staff. Much to my surprise, they have free "in-house" activities such as cooking and traditional dance demonstrations, high tea, and community bonfire of an evening. They also have quite a number of external activities available (I assume at guest cost). While the room decor was dated, it was clean and comfortable. The food was also good. I would happily recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for authentic North Indian food then try their delicacies. They have the master chefs from different parts of the country. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Special mention to Mr. Vipin Raj, Umar, Altaf, Jijo, Sunil, Nijo, Devika, Jibin. Highly appreciate your kind gesture towards us and making this stay memorable forever. As the famous quote says, “People will forget what you said but not how you made them feel”.

Pros: • Abundant greenery surrounding the resort. Cons: 1. Rooms: Below-average with uncomfortable beds. 2. Service: Untrained housekeeping and restaurant staff, lacking hygiene (noticed bad smells while serving food). 3. Pest Issue: Expect a lot of insects in the evening. 4. Maintenance: Lack of attention to room cleanliness and amenities (e.g., not replacing water bottles during the stay). Overall Experience: Unfortunately, despite the natural beauty, the resort falls short in terms of room quality, service, and cleanliness. A disappointing experience overall

Pros Ambience is good and space is full of greenery. We missed the hi-tea but it had a good setup. Dance performance was ok not that great but can watch. Had a good time in bonfire although weather was comparatively hot for bonfire. Breakfast spread was superb and tasty CONS Last 300 mtrs road is not good. For reaching to lift you have to climb 15 stairs which is tough for elderly people Hi tea should have been on a later time like 5-6
