Good hotel in a dynamic area of Kunming and not far from the train station. But not so close to the city center.

Nice location but the hotel is not well maintained. Walls are stained and dirty with holes. Dust everywhere. Everything was smelling cigarette. Staff is nice but spend their time smoking in the lobby with no ventilation. This place is overpriced.

衞生：挺乾淨的，非常衞生整潔
