The service was impeccable. When I checked in, the manager (Wang I believe) and front desk staff were highly polite and super attentive and made us most welcomed. Additionally , the manager took the extra effort to ensure that I would not be disturbed, as I had a wee hours morning flight to catch, and allocated us a room that would not be noisy.
The quality of the items in the room was of high quality from the bathrobe to the room sandals.
Very good afternoon tea was provided even after the stipulated time.

The staffs offer super nice service and very helpful. Rooms and hotel is very clean and tidy, intelligent room to control lights and everything. Hotel offers free shuttle from and to KunMing Chang Shui Airport as well.

Close location to airport, arrived late and used the free shuttle service, very convenient, breakfast good but no western style, quiet location

衞生：毛巾都是密封標註消毒的，拖鞋尤其不錯很nice
環境：環境蠻好，三樓的餐廳挺好吃的
服務：服務態度很好
長水國際機場專車接送:每半小時會發一次去機場的車，都是免費的

環境：環境很舒適，如果時間比較多，也可以在特色大堂吧休閑感受茶歇

酒店隨便選了個離機場近的，到店後挺驚喜的，環境不錯，酒店有送機服務，需要時提前和酒店預約時間，工作人員服務很好會主動幫忙提行李
