This is a great hotel, very clean room with a great view. The hotel staff are very friendly and super helpful and knowledgeable. Close to the flower market and metro. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Pros: - The room was new and stylish. - Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel. - Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly. - bottled water and drinks available free flow from The fridge at reception desk. - bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. - about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market. - the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery. Cons: - room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open. - Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map. - we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is very clean and modern. It is located close to the gigantic flower market and has beautiful views from the 28th floor. The staff speak english and are very kind and helpful :)

I reserved three rooms for our family. We all surprised by the the good quality and cleanness of the room. The girls in front desk are extremely helpful. They provided flower cookies to us when we arrived and late made fresh coffee and tea to us. Since we came from US without WeChat pay account, they used their apps to help us to order food and book taxi services. Although this hotel is small and even we had a little bit difficult to find its exact location when we arrived, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. All the services we received from the hotel made us feeling like we stayed with our family. The next time we go to visit Dounan Flower Market, we definitely will stay with them again. I certainly consider it as a 5-star hotel.

Overall all is good experiment. New renovation hotel at 28floor, all brand new factilites and thanks of breakfast served.

most enjoyable stay in Kunming near the flower market on the 28th floor in a brand new setup. Striking hyper-modern and tasteful design with comfy King bed in front of the biggest TV screen ever in a hotel room, automated curtains,lights and everything. what impresses most however is the quality and friendliness of the customer service. nothing is too much to ask and you will be welcomed every time with nice tea service and flower cakes. Highly recommended.

It’s a new hotel with an excellent staff who always had wanted to please our group. The location is close to the Dounan flower market and in walking distance to many restaurants as well as the subway station. The rooms are clean and WiFi is good. It’s peaceful.

Passing through Kunming, I wanted to see the Dounan Flower Market. I used Ctrip to pick this restaurant which is very close to the flower market. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Such an affordable price gives an experience that is more detailed than a five-star hotel. The hotel's attentiveness is reflected in the design, materials, branded bathroom, and toiletries (even 3 different scents are prepared for guests to choose from). The service is also super attentive. Seeing that our flight arrived very late, they directly delayed our check-out to 3 pm and sent breakfast to the room. The public areas of the entire hotel are full of beautiful flower arrangements. I really want to praise the hotel operator's aesthetics and attentiveness. There should be more such attentive products on the market.

The supplies were very clean. It was very quiet to sleep at night and sleep until dawn. The toiletries provided in the room are very good, and the store owner's care is everywhere. In addition, the hotel is located not far from the Dounan Flower Market. It takes 7 minutes to ride a shared electric motorcycle. It is recommended to buy flowers first when you arrive, so that you have flowers in your hands every day for taking pictures.
