This guesthouse is hidden away in an old neighborhood. From the outside, it looks unassuming, but once you push open the wooden door, it's like stepping into a different world, complete with a flagstone path and a pond with fish. The courtyard is impeccably clean and filled with lush greenery. The rooms are decorated in a minimalist, natural wood style and are spotless. Even the shower gel and shampoo had a lovely scent. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always eager to recommend fantastic local eateries and attractions. It was especially relaxing to sit and chat in the courtyard in the evenings. After staying for two days, it truly felt less like a hurried trip and more like genuinely living in the city. My only regret is that our time was too short, and we had to rush off to our next destination early. Otherwise, I would have loved to sample their breakfast offerings. I would definitely return if I have the chance!

This was the best hotel during our stay in china. Very clean, great location and awesome guest service. The lady at the front desk did everything she could to make our stay perfect. We don’t speak Chinese so she helped us book tickets for the show dynamic Yunnan. And even got us a discount. When we had to check out early she made a breakfast package for us. She was amazing and so was the hotel
