Kunming Jia'anxin Serviced Apartment (Nanping Pedestrian Street)

This serviced apartment is incredibly convenient, located just a stone's throw from Wuyi Road subway station. The room itself is huge, featuring a comfortable sofa and coffee table. A big plus is the washing machine in the bathroom, and there's even a small balcony perfect for drying laundry. With all these amenities, it offers fantastic value for money.

The place was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were brand new. The room was also incredibly spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to run around. It truly exceeded our expectations. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance.

My mom and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite a bit of rain at the start, it didn't dampen our spirits or affect the enjoyment of our trip at all. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything. Dining and shopping malls are right downstairs, and the subway station is just about a 500-meter walk away. There's also a unique Halal food street, and Kunming Old Street and Nanping Pedestrian Street are directly across the road. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with our requests. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Plus, the off-season price was very affordable, which truly made our trip even more comfortable.

I must say, the room is incredibly spacious, and it offers great value for money. Located on a high floor, it's exceptionally quiet. Getting around is also very convenient; it's not far from Kunming Old Street, and you can quickly reach other attractions by taxi or subway. The jacaranda trees in the nearby alleys are absolutely stunning.
