The owner only sends the door code (for the floor where he currently has available rooms). He sends this via chat on Trip.com. It's unimaginable to me that I received a message that, despite booking a room (which looked different) and, above all, was on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view, the owner informed me that I arrived too late that day (it was 10:00 PM) and said that my room had unfortunately already been rented to someone else. We were given another room on the 14th floor with similar amenities. Don't count on a Japanese toilet working. Only the flush works, but don't expect the same level of hygiene as with these types of toilets. The upward spray simply doesn't work; only the flush and seat heating work. The apartment is quite large and also has a second floor with a large bed. The shower was broken, and water was pouring from above in all directions.
