真是住過的最差的4鑽酒店，沒有之一。真不知道是憑什麼評上4鑽的。從進去酒店的所謂大堂就是暗沉不潔凈的感覺，電梯更是慘不忍睹，污漬斑駁，房間裏各種衞生死角，洗手枱還有之前住客的一團頭髮粘在上面，已經凝固的樣子。早餐盤蒼蠅亂飛，根本不敢吃。服務就更差，其他酒店看見夫妻帶一個寶寶主動提出多做一張門卡為了出入方便，這裏開口就要100元按金。房間限量兩瓶水，多一瓶收2元。房間裏還有各種亂七八糟的售賣商品，連其他酒店的棉質一次性拖鞋這裏都沒有，都是循環使用的……這酒店真的是讓人無語，提了意見所有人的反應都是置若罔聞！除了房間大一點之外無一是處，連2星的經濟型酒店服務、衞生、環境都要比這裏強。真是非常糟糕的入住體驗！

房間看夜景，日出都可以😌距離官渡古鎮很近，吃吃逛逛很不錯👍🏻洗澡水不是很熱，防水隔離不是很好，房間夠大，床有點硬也還好4星～

酒店整體衞生整潔，房間超大，樓下停車也非常方便，早餐也不錯，傳統的4星標準吧。缺點就是空調和熱水感覺熱度不夠。

衞生：衞生總體做的蠻好的，但是床上的那個小靠墊都起毛了，且有點味想必沒做到一客一換
設施：設施比較老久了，特別是無窗的情緒，需要一直開空調換氣，但中央空調的聲音特別響，令人難以入睡

來螺螄灣逛街想在附近找家酒店住下，剛好走進這個酒店，看了下房間非常不錯很滿意，房間面積非常大，樓層也高，到前台問了問價格覺得有點貴，在與前台小姐姐講價時推薦了我們在網上訂，確實便宜了不少。入住體驗也非常棒，衞生乾淨，非常安靜，停車很方便，不錯的一次入住體驗。

這個酒店標四鑽是不是有點誤導消費者？首選沒有自己的酒店環境，就是商業樓改造的，作為一個四鑽酒店沒有酒店環境説不過去吧，另外內部裝修也有點老化或者説長久失修了，第三早餐估計是承包的，對小孩身高要求很嚴格。看看電梯的衞生，電源插座和浴室遮擋簾也是壞的。不過200多也就這樣子吧，攜程是不是應該對酒店的評級更嚴格一點？

酒店就在新螺獅灣國際商貿城旁邊，購買衣物方便，房間很大，床很舒服，熱水很好，乾淨衞生，有免費停車場，酒店早餐一般。唯一不足的是用餐稍微要走一段距離，距市區較遠，衞生間打掃不徹底。
