Location, location,location.
The location of this hotel is ideal.
Walking distance to Pedestrian street, old town and modern shopping malls.
There is always taxi waiting around the corner and need not worry about online booking of Didi or any other pay ride. MRT is just a 100 meters away.
One point to note is that some rooms are without air conditioning. So beware if you are traveling during summer time.

The hotel is located in the heart of sungcheng st. Near to high end malls, night markets, mosque and halal food stalls. We arrived Kunming early in the morning at 7AM and the hotel provided early check in which is really a great gesture. The room os spacious, clean and modern setting. Really recommended to stay in the hotel.

The hotel is located 4 door to the right of Four Points by Sheraton. There are lots of halal eateries nearby, a huge mall and the surrounding area are lively. The hotel is basic, clean with amenities needed for a short stay. Location is prime. Book if it suits your budget.

Quite spacius room for couple.
Many Halal food nearby.
Walking distance to Shuncheng Mosque (many halal shop), Shuncheng Mall. Can also walk to Kunming Old Town Street (not so near but still can walk).
However, only one elevator available. Long wait during peak hours (morning and evening).

Room is a bit dusty probably due to nearby construction but it is okay for a short stay. Location is walking distance to halal food and Shuncheng Mosque. There is also huge malls nearby to stroll around.

Very convenient place with halal foods easy to find. Near shopping store. We booked bussness room but got upgraded. Overall, nice staying here. Hot shower 24/7 but i think the room has no heater.

Nice location to stay in Kunming City. Easily walk to all the malls, restaurants, and shops. This hotel just took over another hotel, so there are a lot of constructions going on.

Location strategic aside of renovation ongoing. Unfortunately I experience problems with water heater. No heater during the day. The view was great. Water leaking from toilet. Room was spacious n comfortable.
