全家來雲南過年，在昆明選擇了這家，晚上空調是壞的然後給我調了另外一間，大半夜的11:32我拖着行李換房間沒有一個工作人員幫忙，然後衞生間毛巾太臟了住了幾晚毛巾就沒換過，加微信索要好評你説這好評我怎麼給？我必須要客觀公正要不然對不起後面的住客。

第二次入住這個酒店了，服務依然很好，辦理入住快捷，方便，自助的，有服務員引導操作！還有奉茶，房間很乾凈，服務很好，全季的床品還是那麼舒服，枕頭很軟，早餐不錯，品種豐富，退房遺留了物品，前台第一時間聯繫，非常感謝，離地鐵站近，整體設施不錯！

房間有股異味，隔音很差。躺床上能聽見隔壁洗漱的聲音。攜程預訂含一份早餐，不問不告知。想多買份早餐告知辦華住會可以49買一送一。不要辦就單獨40一份。好的，買了多一份早餐也不告知早餐時間和地點。最後還打電話來索要好評，呵呵，皮怎麼可以那麼厚。國內的好評都是索要來的。

這個酒店是垃圾中的戰鬥機，不理解為什麼還能存在，那些好評都有託嗎？早上離店時因為東西比較多，所以用客房電話打給前台問能否給送一個袋子來，結果前台服務員問了房間後還要問姓名、手機號，搞不懂你家一個袋子是否還需要警察來審問一番才能給？????????

我也是忍不了，第一次給酒店點差評！不是房價300多算便宜嗎？房間隔音簡直了，其他房間洗漱都能聽得到，直接睡不着！房間衞生也是一言難盡，還有頭髮！還有門口還在修路還要繞一大截才能過去簡直不要太麻煩！隔音太差，出行不方便，衞生不太乾淨！簡直是砸全季的招牌，不會住了

工作人員都挺熱情的，服務意識很好，管理做的不錯。房間寬敞明亮，閑暇時間還可以泡茶，聊聊天。離地鐵口非常近，交通便利。

位置：距離看藍楹花的教場中路步行半小時內可達，周圍有很多吃飯的店，生活方便；
房型：前台給我免費升級了一個房型，一個字，大！
衞生：乾淨整潔
服務：前台服務非常好，真正為客人着想，退房時主動幫我處理了訂單問題，幫我省錢了 感謝！
建議：建議洗漱台增加個化粧鏡😂
