平常很少住民宿，這次體驗很不錯。管家式服務很用心。為了方便我照顧父母，給我免費升級了兩老旁邊的一個比較貴的房型，很是貼心。前台妹妹們都很熱情周到。房間裏有水果、每日下午有下午茶。晚上還有睡前甜品，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。
酒店的服務和管理、裝潢設計等都是一流。地理位置也不錯。走路去民族村12分鐘，絕對沒問題。要去海埂公園的話，還是需要打車。
由於酒店在高爾夫別墅羣中，每次打車進出需要和管家報備，以便通知門衞放行，這個比較麻煩。另外就是房間裏的燈光太暗，特別是衞生間裏。對於長者家來説就不是很友好了。
除了以上兩樣我個人覺得不是很方便的事情外，其他的都很不錯。有機會帶孩子重遊，應該還會選擇這家民宿。

這次五一出行，主要為了去西山攀巖，因此選擇了距離較近的泮山居。
泮山居的形式更像是一個精品民宿，房間和庭院都經過精心設計，陳設和裝飾都非常有格調，且讓人感覺親切舒適。酒店在一個高爾夫別墅區內，環境很好，也很安靜。一層和四層都是公共區域，最後一晚傍晚來到四層天台欣賞日落，景色很美很舒服。
酒店的服務也非常貼心，早晚進出都像對家人一樣熱情招呼。早餐也很精緻。

主人真的非常用心在裝修設計整套房子，處處都是設計感，處處都是風景，還有很多藏品，而且看起來———好有錢！！！
除了非常美的內部環境之外，門外還有一個小池塘，裏面養着好多好看的錦鯉哦！整個小區看起來比較老，很多年的感覺，走在路上基本都沒幾個人，地理位置來説離市區有點距離，但離滇池進，很很清凈的地方，周邊配套設施也沒啥，而且…共享單車不能進入小區，所以衹能打車進去或步行。但是離1903很近，可以打車去吃飯。（打車東門進出方便，別走西門）
最最最重點最最最值得的是———服務好，我沒有記錄名字的習慣，但我的腦海中存着兩個小姐姐的笑容，年輕且朝氣，好熱情的，像家人一樣，會和你分享昆明去哪裡玩，哪裡好玩，會聊聊天，很親切喔，而且進出門都會接送，在門口等待的感覺，很好。下午茶是糯米普洱，説實在喝不慣糯米，但是她們很熱情，所以覺得也暖暖的，用四個字來説———賓至如歸！
歡迎水果:香蕉橙子等等。還有手寫小卡片。來之前也會提前聯繫，總的來説服務是最要表揚的！
衞生：很乾凈，實木地板，很舒服。還有陽台可以曬太陽。床也很舒服，來昆明的第一晚睡得好香。房間裏的燈光比較昏暗，晚上讀書什麼的沒辦法，一進去就衹想睡覺哈哈哈。就比較適合喜歡安安靜靜在酒店睡覺休息的人。
美中不足：早飯的主食是小鍋米線、玉米和紅薯，米線不錯，考慮了大眾口味，做的鹹淡適度。玉米一人一節，不夠吃可以加，飲品衹有牛奶喝，非常單一。乳糖不耐受的人kuku，總的來説，早飯可以再多樣化些，畢竟這麼貴，嘻嘻。
補充：迷你吧東西很豐富，還有大理果脯和雲南咖啡，在酒店吃吃喝喝，喝喝茶真的很打發時間～

泮山居是一家方方面面無可挑剔的酒店 ，貼心小細節很多，我們到酒店很晚了，店員很貼心的給我們帶到房間並作了介紹，提前給我們開了加濕器，還給我們準備了牛奶桃膠，味道很贊，床品也很舒適，除去了一天的舟車勞頓，早餐的米線真的驚艷到我了，吃過最好吃的米線，看得出來食材都是用心準備的，早餐後逛完一圈酒店發現整個酒店的設計做的都很用心，整體看起來很有質感 ，選品很高級 ，公共面積是真大，臨走的時候美女老闆娘還給我們介紹了酒店的一些裝修細節，酒店的畫都是天然的大理石，不得不説用心人做用心事，這次行程匆忙，下次有機會一定再來多住幾天～感恩相遇～
