The hotel is very good. It is near Kunming Airport. I often stay there. Their free pick-up and drop-off service is very good. You are not afraid of being woken up if you are late. I could just deal with these facilities problems for one night, and it would really break down when I went to bed in the middle of the night. I don’t know why the staff called me at 3 a.m. and asked me if I had checked in. They said that the room I booked did not show that I had checked in.
