房間非常滿意，小孩住的很開心，老闆人很好，這裏位置靠近海埂大壩，也靠近美食街，步行50米，公交出行方便。下次還會再來！！希望老闆生意興隆。

房間乾淨整潔，設施環境都不錯，臨街，有小門出入方便，有廚房微波爐也可以借用，小花園景色也不錯，對面吃的挺多，離海埂大壩過條馬路。自駕停車也方便，就是進民宿的巷子有些窄一定要注意。

在鬧市區隱藏的民宿，酒店很乾凈，出門也方便，對面就是海埂大壩，晚上門口很多吃的。院子也有特色，可以喝茶聊天看魚玩遊戲看書，還有好多鳥，其中的八哥會説話。唯一美中不足的是電線有老化短路的跡象，空調有點吵，改善的話就完美啦

出門很方便，酒店小門到大壩也就五十米遠，對面就可以吃早餐，還有菌子火鍋，菌子雞湯好好喝，就是有點貴

剛開始訂海埂大壩這邊的住宿時看了好多選了好久，最後訂了這家更近大壩價格實惠的民宿。
設施：房間在二樓，有行李箱的可坐電梯，我們選擇了步行上去。房間裏有空調，洗漱用品齊全，沐浴廁所分開的，花灑有冷水熱水，水壓強洗澡舒服!床品舒適，電視可投屏，還有一個小陽台，洗了的衣服可晾出去。
衞生：乾淨！有提供一次性坐廁墊。第二天清潔阿姨會來詢問是否需要打掃衞生。
環境：周邊環境舒適，靠近大壩，民宿在路邊卻不吵，晚上睡得香!對面有很多食肆。還可掃電動單車到公園1903那邊逛街。去濕地公園步行可達。早上到外邊跑步不要太爽！
服務：辦理入住退房快捷，每天提供飲用水。
總體來説是一間很好很值得推薦的民宿!讓我們在海埂大壩這邊真正休閑了兩天，等冬天海鷗飛來了還會再來的！

訂的標間，老闆免費升級為親子房，入住體驗非常棒，安靜且乾淨，每天進出都可以逗鸚鵡説話，小朋友很喜歡。酒店位置方便，下次還會來住。

距離迎海路觀鷗景點非常近，距地鐵站步行十幾分鍾，附近就歺方便，客棧設施完備，乾淨衞生，小院環境優美，老闆娘熱情周到。
