第一次給酒店評價，我的天，太好住了。乾淨衞生温馨，房間很大，佈局温馨。性價比很高，設施設備都很智能，主要是還有一次性的毛巾和浴巾。這次入住很開心，很温暖！感受到店家的用心了。#位置交通超級靠近地鐵口一兩百米

衞生：房間乾淨整潔，有一股淡淡的清香味，味道很合適不刺鼻，而且毛巾浴巾是一次性的，這個就好評。
環境：酒店就在南部汽車站地鐵站對面，交通很方便，周圍到新亞洲體育城吃飯超近，對面就是螺螄灣，晚上還能逛一逛
服務：酒店老闆很貼心，臨走要袋子裝衣服，結果老闆從外面買回來給我們，挺暖心的。
昆明的天真的太漂亮了，老闆也很貼心，希望生意興隆！

一家讓人很驚喜的民宿，位置離地鐵站很近。入住那天我定的那間有客人續住了，老闆給我免費升級了更大的房間。
首先是衞生方面，挺乾淨明亮，浴巾和毛巾也是一次性的，每天會有阿姨過來打掃。
裝修風格也很温馨，衞生間的馬桶還帶自動沖水和加熱，櫃子設計合理，可以放行李箱。
樓底下就是個大型商超，買東西也方便
美中不足的事投影儀的清晰度一般，不過我不怎麼需要看電視就還好。
老闆人也很nice，總之還是很滿意的，以後來還會選擇的民宿

房間裝修很新，裏面的設施和生活用品也很齊全，老闆娘也很熱情，還沒到就已經安排好了。房間在一個小區裏面離地鐵站很近，過個天橋就到了。公寓應該是剛建好沒多久的，就像住在家裡的感覺一樣，很不錯，性價比也很高，下次來還會再訂。

很抱歉衹有入住後照片，房間很大很新，床那邊還有一個沙發沒有拍到，房東還準備了一次性毛巾和一次性浴巾，特別贊！從未想過的驚喜！服務很贊，回覆很及時～

就在南部客運站對面，坐地鐵出行非常方便，辦理入住也很快，提前打電話問怎麼辦理入住就會有管家聯繫了，附近吃飯的地方也很多，房間非常大。

超乎想象的好，房間安靜，房門密碼設定安全性極高，入住方便，因為走的急沒來的急拍照片，房間佈置跟頁面一模一樣，各種用具都是非常新的，而且還很貼心毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，房間觀影真的超級爽，most important，房東是個漂亮大方的小姐姐，因為我是學生，週末從安寧到昆明這邊玩，住一晚上，第二天買的票是兩點的，小姐姐不僅給我延時還特別特別熱情，人真的超級好，住酒店最最最滿意的一次，感謝房東😍😍

太棒了，衞生和環境什麼的都不錯，不過我最滿意的還是居！然！有！一次性毛巾和浴巾！！！！牙刷也是屬於比較軟不會塑料的那種，總體就是非常滿意。最後祝姐姐生意興隆，財源滾滾哈哈哈

無線開關、大牌床墊、智能馬桶、超大電視這些45星酒店的配套都出現在這家公寓酒店裡，看得出老闆是個追求品質生活的人，酒店樓下很多美食，對面就是地鐵站對於出差、旅遊人士這家是不二之選了！強烈推薦！
