We loved our six nights in this amazing paradise. very beautiful hotel.Amazing location. very friendly staffs. very clean rooms with big space . Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.For sure i must come back to this beautiful paradise .

What a beautiful property. The staff was so welcoming and attentive. The grounds well cared for with friendly monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds singing in the morning. The beach is powder white sand and very welcoming. The complimentary cooking activity with the chef is a must do. We were in the family villa which was perfect for us with our adult daughter but if you have a family of 7 this can accommodate you with your children with a nice terrace to sit with the family a pool to dip into and relax. The butler makes sure your every need is met. And did I mention the coffee machine in the villa. We are coffee lovers and the machine makes any coffee you can imagine from espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, American, coffee with foam milk. Villa is well stocked with water and has a living room with AC to spend time with the family . The Beach restaurant has amazing views while you have breakfast or lunch.

I’m a bit worried that the service levels at White Sand have ruined all other hotels for me! We enjoyed a wonderful stay with family (teenage kids) for over a week in July. The property is exquisite, beach stunning and weather perfect. Especially big thanks to Emmanuel our butler during the stay and Khamis who looked after us at dinner every night. I recommend taking the bike tour of a nearby village offered by the hotel, super interesting. And walking up the beach to get out of the resort and try local lunch spots. My only constructive criticism is around allergy labelling on the menus, it would have been useful to see more easily which foods contain nuts. Big thanks to the whole team, The Perry family

The hotel is just beautiful and located on a beautiful beach! The staff is so nice and caring. I celebrated my birthday there and they were the best! Breakfast was really good. We didn’t find it perfect for a few reasons: 1) service was slow and confused, 2) beach service was even slower, 3) we paid for a family room but we got a room where the couple suite didn’t have a bathroom and we’d have to use the bathroom in the hallway and the kids room had an en-suite bathroom. We ended up changing to the kids room and our son slept in our room and our daughter slept in the sofa bed in the living room. It wasn’t great as the kids ro was smaller and the beds were just put together but ok! 4) the pool was nothing special and by 4pm they would set up the area for dinner and you couldn’t really use it anymore, and 4) the soundtrack was really cheesy

if you are keen to spoil yourself, this is certainly the lodge to choose. The villas are perfect and have everything you could possibly want. The food is delicious, drinks plentiful, and the friendly staff will take care of you throughout your stay.

I loved the privacy of my villa. The service was impeccable. Food outstanding. And the gorgeous white-sand beach wasn't crowded. I enjoyed taking out a Hobie Catamaran. And enjoyed the hot tub, hamman and sauna in the spa...hard to find in Zanzibar. All in all, White Sand really lived up to the Relais & Chateaux brand.

We came to celebrate bachelorette weekend with friends and it was just perfect. The villa, the food, the service, our butler was an angel and super fast. We also did a treatment at the spa - perfect ! Thank you again for everything, we will come back very soon for sure.
