Room is quite spacious and clean. Resting area is a photo spots. There’s a cafe for coffee lovers too. Although there is no room cleaning services but towels, brushes, and tea bags are refillable, there’s a self collect counter area near lift if needed. Location is not nearby metro or subway station. But it’s within 10mins walkable distance. If you’re traveling with kids and elderly we would recommend you to take a cab. Hotel also offers luggage storage service. Overall we had a pleasant 3 nights stay.

I would recommend this hotel to others. The gym facilities were surprisingly good. Great location too. And the staff was kind. I was a little disappointed that I was woken up daily by construction work outside though. And there were some urine stains on the toilet seat when I arrived, indicating this wasnt cleaned properly.

Location was great. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room.

Good location, very nice modern rooms and very clean. Central to most tourist things snd only a short walk to subway.
Check in process seemed a bit drawn out but no major.
Gym not open until 7am and common room was not open until after 8.30 am on the morning I tried to access.

The room is huge compared to other Japanese hotels. Very comfortable bedding, great bathing experience, Hansgrohe shower faucet, water temperature and pressure are very suitable. Although it is in an alley, it is very close to Kamogawa and Takashimaya, and not far from the subway station and bus station. The facilities are complete, there is a laundry room, gym, free luggage storage, and the service is just right. We stayed for four days, and in the middle of the time, we put the banana magnet at the door and the staff simply cleaned and took away the garbage. In short, it is a highly recommended hotel in Kyoto.
