Our room is for 3 people so it is much more huge. It’s near Kyoto station. You can walk and arrive in the hotel around 10 minutes. The location is close to any tourist spot. There are great views and restaurants outside.

Convenient to travel and strategically located. The room is not big, but it has everything it needs. The attitude of the service staff is acceptable. The lady at the front desk does not speak Chinese, but communication is OK and self-service is available.

The facility is clean and you can choose and take your own amenities. Although the walls were a little thin, I was able to spend a comfortable time without hearing the voices of other users. It was very nice to have a microwave, water server, and paid coin laundry in the common space within the facility.

The facilities in the room are very old. I don't know why, but the dust has been visible to the naked eye all night long. When I woke up in the middle of the night, the screen of my mobile phone was covered with dust, and my eyelashes were stained with dust. The bathroom was not clean enough and there were hairs from previous guests. But it is really cheap. This season, it is close to the evening and I can book a hotel for the day. There is really no cheaper hotel near Kyoto Station. And the front desk service is really warm, maybe it’s a way to make up for it.
