The location is great, and sunshine was lovely.The price is very reasonable for this season. Unfortunately, the japanese style rooms were too popular and were fully booked. 'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Kyoto.

The room was surprisingly spacious. After a small business hotel in Osaka, this one definitely felt much bigger.
The hotel itself is clean and well-kept. It's located near a street that can be a bit noisy, but that doesn't matter at all thanks to its excellent location.
I reviewed a couple dozen options in the area, and for my dates, this was the best choice in terms of price, quality, and location.

The location is not bad by Kyoto Station standards, but it was inconvenient for sightseeing by public transportation.
The room is spacious compared to the price, but inefficient space arrangement.
The cleaning and tidying is at Chinese level.
The front desk staff gave up communication because it was a waste of time because they were often away.
