some downsides are that you can’t control when the heat turns on or off. so, there was one night where it was extremely cold for my friends and i. Also, it is quite far from train stations and central areas. however overall, this was one of the nicest looking hotels i’ve stayed at for such a great price.

The overall room layout is pretty good; for a Japanese hotel, it's quite spacious. Being on the second floor, having self-service ice and laundry machines is also a nice bonus. The front desk staff included a foreigner who could communicate directly in English, as well as a Hongkonger who spoke Cantonese, and Mandarin was also an option.

Perfect in one word! Great room size, location, cleanliness, comfort, everything was great. It is rare to find such a large room in Japan. Everything else was also perfect, nothing to complain about.

We had the best room in the hotel, on the only floor with amenities. Our receptionists were all fantastic, it was incredibly useful having someone who was so nice help you with things like reserving restaurants. The issues with this hotel are mainly that the rooms are not serviced daily and the lack of amenities.

The best part: The room type given by Ctrip is the largest, with 44 square meters, which is the largest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan.
Other than that, everything is not good.
1️⃣ The check-in time is ridiculous. Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. What is the difference with the hourly room... It's my fault that I didn't pay attention to the time before. If I knew it was like this, I wouldn't stay in this hotel.
2️⃣ No cleaning. Only free cleaning is available if you stay for 4 nights or more.
And the hygiene is super bad! On the first day of our stay, there was a piece of paper in the toilet.
In the morning, a sign of [Change towels/collect garbage] was hung, but the garbage was not collected when I came back in the evening.
3️⃣ There is only one washing machine downstairs, and it is impossible to get a line. The washing machine near the hotel costs 3 times as much as the hotel for the same time.
