As our hotel's air conditioning is centrally managed throughout the building, guests cannot switch between heating and cooling modes themselves, though the heating can be turned on and off. We deeply regret that our staff's insufficient explanation caused you discomfort. Whilst the hotel is situated a short distance from the station and the main shopping district, numerous buses operate from the surrounding area, and we encourage you to make use of this service. If you wish to enter the room before 16:00, we provide early check-in service, but there is an additional fee. If you need this in the future, you can tell us in advance and we will be happy to serve you. We are also very sorry about the environmental maintenance and the failure to pick up the garbage. Based on the concept of SDGs, we only provide free cleaning services to guests who stay for more than 4 consecutive nights. As for the part where the garbage has not been picked up by the evening, we will Promote it to employees again and supervise them. There is only one washing machine. In order to provide customers with more convenient services in the future, we will also find ways to improve it. Thank you very much for your suggestions, which give us more room for improvement.
