I recently stay at your hotel through Trip.com, and I’d like to share some feedback regarding the booking process. While the staff were very nice and helpful, I encountered an issue with the payment.
After paying for the room charge, I received a confirmation email that mentioned a pre-authorization, which was not clearly stated beforehand. This led to confusion, as it appeared that I would need to temporarily allocate double the amount. I kindly suggest that this information be made more transparent in the booking process, either on the Trip.com platform or directly on your website, to avoid any similar confusion for future guests.
