Very cozy place. Nice and clean, and fairly close to the Kyoto station. The staff(?) or maybe boss lady (?) at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is a bonus point, as the place we stayed beforehand ran out of storage capacity and we had to arrive early to this place, and to our surprise, the place did not only offer storage service but they also helped to transfer the luggages to the room we stay. Great place, friendly people, nice services :)

Clear instructions was given prior to the stay! We were checking in at odd hours but no issue at all since the self check-in kiosk is easy to use. The room is the most spacious one during our Japan trip. It was clean as well. Would come again!

A short walk from Kyoto station and the hotel staffs are super friendly. I don't hear any noise coming from the track even though it is next to it.

We could watch movies on the projector, the room was spacious, and we could take a nice long bath. It was very comfortable ☺️ We were also able to see the autumn leaves 🍁 at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, so it was a wonderful trip 🥳🥳

Just walk straight from the subway. It's very close. There is also a 711 nearby. You can see the Kyoto Tower from the room. You can check in by yourself. If you have any questions, you can ask the front desk. It is very convenient.

The rooms here are self-service check-in, and there are no service staff at night. However, the system is quite convenient. There are password controls for entry and exit, and the sound insulation is acceptable. If you bring luggage with you from the station, you have to walk a little distance. If you have too much luggage, you have to check it yourself. The rest of the services are Not bad 👍
