a bit far from Kyoto station but still it's walking distance about 12 min. Hotel is new and clean and comparatively big in size. Provided all required Amenities on ground floor. There's an onsen on B1. The body wash & shampoo, etc. are DHC's.

Close to public transport and a 15 min walk from JR station. Parking is not free, there are near by public parking spots lowest being across the street from the hotel and costing ¥700 per day. There is a family mart next door. Room was large and staff were brilliant.

Excellent facilities though a little bit far away walking to Kyoto station (10-15 mins). However, it is value for money. Thank you so much.

Location is in a quite area and next to Lawson convenient store, it is about 7mins walk to the nearest Kujo Station or about 15mins walk to Kyoto station. Cleanliness and service also very good. Hotel staff are very helpful too. Overall experience is very good and value for money.

The best thing about this hotel is the room is sooooo big! The bath, wash and toilets are separated so that was another thumbs up. There is also a microwave in our room too. The only downside is the hotel failed to clean my room the following day, even though we asked for a room clean (need to paste a magnetic sign on the door to indicate our request to have cleaning of the room). The onsen is another plus point, a desirable activity after a full day's long hour sightseeing. The hotel website indicated that it is a 8-min walk to the train station - no it is not, it is at least 15-min walk to Kyoto stn. There are one 7-11 and two Lawson marts as we walked from Kyoto stn to the hotel. The night shift hotel staff is a young man. I must give him credit for his attentiveness and patience and the biggest plus point is he speaks very fluent and good English! Truly appreciate his service. The coin operated laundry machines work well too though the # of machines available was limited - too many guests using them especially when it was the peak sakura period when my son and I stayed in this hotel.

Because it is a mountain village, it is clean and the room is spacious. The breakfast bath was also good.

The hotel is located about ten minutes walk from Kyoto Station. There is a bus stop nearby and it is convenient to go anywhere. The room is relatively large in Japan. It is very clean and the facilities are new. The toiletries are all from DHC and are free at B1 In the bathhouse, the toothbrush that comes with it is too hard to brush away blood from your mouth.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the railway and bus station, which is very convenient and there is no noise. There is another train station nearby, and some major bus routes pass near the hotel. So transport accessibility is excellent. There is a store right next to the hotel. Also, if you walk to the railway station, you can find restaurants for every taste. The hotel is not bad. Bicycles are available at the reception, but their number is limited, so you need to get up early in the morning to have time to rent a bike for free. The room is clean, there is a separate sofa on which you can place a child. We asked for a pillow and sheet for a 5-year-old child, but they didn’t give us a blanket and duvet cover because we had to pay. Instead, they gave me a warm blanket and that was enough. The room had a TV, a refrigerator, a table and a kettle with tea accessories, and air conditioning. The lack of a closet didn’t bother us much, but we weren’t at the hotel for long, so the main things were stored in the suitcase. The room is spacious by Japanese standards. There were two 1.5 beds and by pushing them together we got a large bed. The bathroom had a shower. There is a laundry room, microwaves and a public bath (free) in the basement. The hotel is suitable for a short holiday and to be away from the city noise and crowds of tourists.

The room was quiet and clean, but the lighting was a little dim. It was a little far from the subway station, and there was a Chinese restaurant nearby.

The staff are all friendly and the facilities are clean. It was great that there was a separate shower booth in the bathroom, and the large bath was great for relieving the fatigue of the trip. I think it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Kyoto Station.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the Hachijo Exit of the station. Downstairs is a Rosen and a pa*****o【】... It only takes about six minutes to walk from the hotel to the Kujo subway, and there are also quite a few bus stops nearby, which is very convenient~ The room size is okay. B1 has a simple large bath. It is very relaxing to take a bath in the morning and evening~ Many foreigners stay in this hotel, especially Europeans and Americans. The first floor is very busy during breakfast time and the smell of rice is a bit obvious【 The staff were also very nice. When we checked in, we asked the hotel to call us to make an appointment at a restaurant. The staff also helped [although the restaurant was full, we still couldn't make a reservation... All in all, staying in Kyoto during the cherry blossom season is very cost-effective~

It is very spacious and comfortable. The shower room has a bathtub and a faucet. It is very comfortable. DHC's bath products, shampoo and conditioner, are very easy to use. Even if you have frizzy hair, you don't need to prepare separate ones. The decoration of the hotel is also very new. There is a bathhouse on the first floor. Children love to soak. Kyoto Station is relatively big. Although it takes about fifteen minutes to walk from the hotel to Kyoto Station, you still have to walk for a long time after entering the station. It's a bit tiring with a 3-year-old. A taxi from Kyoto Station to the hotel costs about 600 yen.
