Paid for buffet breakfast and the only thing that they had was cereals, 2 slices of bread coffee and orange juice.

The room smelt of smoke and was damp in places. It was also quite old. The bathroom did not have a window. The hotel reception and staff were friendly and the food and coffee served in the morning was nice. Its not in a great location without a car.

Stay without problem as always, always a very good welcome. The formalities to have the room are always fast.
I use your hotel every time I go to Lyon (either in town or at the airport) and each time with the same pleasure.

Very bad memory, avoid !! Hotel poorly frequented, noisy, dirty, smells of food in the corridors, motorway attached to Hotel !! I spent a sleepless night !! HORRIBLE

A little disappointing no air conditioning in the rooms horrible heat forced to sleep with the windows open and all the noise from the fast lane traffic plus the passing train the nights were short, I think the hotel will be more practical in winter!! !
Cleaning is not done every day yet no more covid

This is not a room for 2 people, Bed glued to the wall and inaccessible on 1 side, very small room, insufficient heating, no soap or shampoo, smell of sewer coming from the bathroom. My wife and I have very bad memories of our stay.
