The hotel was very nice and clean. we had the pool view. The staff were very kind, friendly and professional. One staff guy, Mustafa, was top, very funny and kind. The rooms were quite spacious and bright. we had a great time and certainly if we were to make another trip to Morocco we would definitely stay there.

Beuatiful decorated hotel. More like a resort hotel with spa & swimming pool. The room is clean & adequate amenities provided. The brekfast served was great & the hotel staff are friendly. The hotel is situated not far from Marrakech train station.

房間帶露台，酒店有些舊，畢竟是馬拉喀什的老酒店了！價格匹配得了，包含早餐，阿拉伯人，黑人，歐洲人不少，周邊餐廳，超市，商場，購物方便，離火車站近，走路10分鐘可到

Personnel pas cool et pas du tout souriant ou accueillants.
La femme de ménage appelle la réception de notre chambre pour demander un lit bébé, en s’installant confortablement sur notre lit.
Le directeur de l’hôtel prend les gens de haut, il parle très mal, il est juste gentil avec les femmes, c’est dû à son côté pervers.
On a eu un soucis avec le monsieur de la réception qui nous a mal parlé, crier dessus et agresser verbalement.
Pleins d’autres clients se sont plains également, car il se sont fait envoyer balader par le directeur et son équipe.
Petit déjeuner médiocre, pas de variétés. Et si tu a fini de manger et qu’il ne te reste que le jus ou le café à boire, le directeur te demande de te lever et de le boire ailleurs pour laisser la place aux autres et en attendant lui il squatte une table pour boire son café et racoler les filles (peut importe l’âge !!!).
Je déconseille vraiment cet hôtel il mérite même pas une petite étoile, il fait plutôt lui enlever ou complètement le fermer.
Le seule point positif, c’est le maître nageur qui est super cool.
